Ensuring the Arts for Any Given Child

Madison is proud to be the 12th city in a growing network of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts’ Ensuring the Arts for Any Given Child cities committed to ensuring our students have a quality, well-rounded education that provides access to the Arts.

An education that includes the Arts:

ENGAGES students and increases their learning and achievement

DEVELOPS essential skills that prepare our students to be successful in the 21st century workforce

PREPARES students to become productive members of their community

Community Arts Team Meeting

Thursday, May 24  3-5 PM
Overture Center - Wisconsin Studio

Join us for a reconvening of the AGCM Community Arts Team as we share updates and next steps for AGCM. In order to support high quality arts education as an essential part of a well-rounded education for all students, the Any Given Child Madison Community Arts Team set the following long term goals:

  •     Cultivate leaders and develop and sustain systems for access and equity
  •     Create arts-rich schools
  •     Cultivate a community network
  •     Develop an accountability system that tracks and reports Any Given Child Madison progress
  •     Advocate for arts education

We invite you to join us for a special meeting to learn how you can play an active role in moving the work forward collectively to reach these critical long term goals and have a greater impact on our students. Together we can further our mission to strategically assist our community and partners in the design, implementation, and sustainability of arts education to ensure access and equity for all Madison public school students.

If you are interested in attending please RSVP by emailing info@anygivenchildmadison.org or by calling 608-258-4148 by May 1.
